I think this can be one of the most frustrating parts - tweaking things to find your " normal " . It's so individualized and I don't think the doctors understand how such a small difference in lab values can make such a big difference to how we feel! No one can really understand it unless they've experienced it firsthand. I think it's an excellent sign that your TSH is coming back up - that's good news even if it makes you feel lousy (and boy does it!) Likely it's an indication that your TSH receptor antibodies have come down during treatment and aren't mucking up the pituitary's perception of how much TSH there really is in your body. > Thanks so much .
