Also I would like to hear some ideas on vitamin supplements I can

take w/o iodine.

Thanks'

Joe

Hi Joe,

I take a women's vitamin without iodine, which I found at my health food

store. But since you probably wouldn't want to take one formulated for women, I

did a search on Google for " iodine-free vitamins " and got some possibilities.

The first brand to come up was called " Nature's Life, " and there were several

others.

I understand that getting the correct copper-zinc balance is important. (In my

case, taking extra zinc and popping zinc lozenges for colds were among several

nutritional mistakes I made that probably triggered my Graves'.) Elaine's book

mentions this and ithyroid.com has more detailed info.

Best wishes,

B.
