Hi -

Can't answer your first question, as I don't know who Albertsons is. But

I ask all companys that I call -for a list. I called the " The Turkey

Store " to find out about their ground turkey products and they sent me a

whole lot of info. What I usually do to make sure on the accuracy, I

call back in a week or 2 and ask again. Get the name of who you speak to

the first time you call and make sure you're not repeating yourself to

the same peerson. You would need to ask as to the cross contamination

issue as most GFCF lists don't even address that. I know Oreida lists

mentioned something in their mailing about cross contam.

What A said about mentioning a 9-1-1 reaction if any gluten or

casein is in the foods is a wonderful idea.

Don't ever worry about asking us questions or asking companies questions.
