Hi All,

Just thought some of you might like to try a few of our staple

freezer fast foods!! I make turky meatballs using 1 lb gr turkey,

1/3c minute tapioca, and some rice milk, salt and pepper. These are

very soft and melt in your mouth, my nt 23mo old LOVES these and eats

them at least twice a week.Heres another spin on potatoes that she

also loves, boiled potatoes, mashed(or Barbaras flakes) a jar of

Beachnut baby meats(no addatives),salt to taste. these taste like

mashed ptatoes and gravy all in one. Another favorite is a chicken

noodle soup that I make using 1 whole chicken in a lg pot of water,

cook for 1 1/2 hours on low, salt to taste. I cool the broth and

freeze it in one cup containers, then when its soup rotation day I

boil fresh noodles and ad them to thawed broth, The chicken can be

breaded (gf/cf)to make nuggets. My son loves simple potatoe pancakes

made by boiling 2 potatoes, mashing them, adding a few tsp oil of

choice, flattening (about 4 x 4) and cookong in frying pan till golden

brown, I also salt to taste. Our whole family loves this meatloaf,

one lb ground turkey, 1/3 c Barbaras Brown Rice crisps, about 1/4 c

gf/cf organic ketchup, that's it!!! bake 350 for aprox 1 hr or

until meat thermometer reads 180. This is my son's favorite food, but

since we went Phenol free he only gets it once in a great while. I

freeze slices of it for him.

Hope some of you can use these!!!

Marcie
