Hi again ,

Wow, what a wealth of information you supplied. That will keep me busy for a

good long time. I'm a bit more confused now than ever.......but hopefully in

time my knowledge will grow and I'll be able to figure out what the heck is

going on with me. I know I'll be asking my endo if I have Hashitoxicosis (boy

that word is a mouthful!) and I'll be sure and get copies of my biopsy along

with

the latest lab results. I do have Elaine's book and since I'm not hypo now, I

think I can wait a bit before ordering more to read right now.

If I understood some of what I read from all the links you provided, it

almost sounds like the hyper place I'm at now is like a reaction to something

that

the Hashi's has done....like a rebound effect? (If I've got the toxicosis

thing going on.) I'm guessing it will all boil down to treating the symptoms

and

God willing staying in the target zone for me. I'm most likely to freak out

over the eye stuff right now.....I so don't want to go down that path. :-(

Hoping for the best on that one!

Maybe I'll have to break down and try a brazil nut or two again. It has been

years since I ate one and my dislike is totally based on a hazy memory of

going " blech " . :-) I figure if I can make myself down the flaxseed oil twice a

day, I could probably choke down a nut or two. Wherever do you find them though?

Can't think of the last time I saw those in a store...they certainly aren't by

the Planter's Peanuts! Maybe Trader Joe's will have them.....

My multi is one that the nice folks down at my local health/vitamin store

(with whom I've developing a verra close relationship with since this all

started!) got me onto. It's by Nature's Life and is called Full Spectrum

Antioxidant

Soft Multi, CoQ10, Lutein, Lycopene, Iron and Iodine free. Seems to be doing

the trick for now. :-)

I'll keep you in my prayers so that you hook up with a good doctor. And that

your heart rate stabilizes. While mine has never zoomed outta site like some

of the folks here (and I pray that everyone with that gets it down to normal) I

certainly don't like the missing beats and funky rhythym it does from time to

time. So you don't want to have your rate drop to down around the 60 range? I

thought I had read somewhere that a range of in the 60's to 70's is normal

for woman but I could be mis-remembering. I do that a lot lately it seems. :-)

So much information, so little brain!

I'll have to go the mediboard and check out the action over there. Thanks for

the tip. Have yourself and great weekend and since I'll be out of town for

it, I'll see everybody next week! Take care of yourself.
