I have profound sympathy for smokers, especially those of our generation

and up who weren't bombarded with the anti-smoking messages and curricula

we received. I have a friend who's maybe 5' even who went from a junior

to a ladies' x large after smoking, and her doctor still says that she's

infinitely healthier than had she continued to smoke. I hope that the

next time you decide to quit will be the last, and permanent, if you

wish, and that at least you're able to cut down.
