l-glutamine

my opinion on this one.

Our DAN dr. is very pro l-glutamine. He says it is derived from wheat, but

is safe on gfcf diet, and even necessary since they are not getting the

amino acid glutamine.

I tried it on myself first. It feels just like eating wheat. I have the same

reaction. This may sound silly, but I get a wrinkle under my right eye the

morning after I eat gluten. I can also feel the puffy face thing. It's my

little detector :). I tried the l-glutamine 3 times just to make sure that

was it, and it was.

My son gets puffy under his eyes when he eats gluten. He reacted to it too.

No l-glutamine for us!
