Hi,

Last month when I had my blood work done for my 6-week after RAI

treatment, and it had not changed much, my doctor told me not to

exercise yet. This week, my tests showed ..in his words..the RAI was

a success.. and now I was on the other side of it, that I could

exercise. I go to Curves, which is resistence and arobic, (if you

choose to). IS it safe for me now? I still have extremely high

blood pressure , but my pulse rate is pretty good..70's to high 80's.

I have gained 8 pounds in 2 months and fear I won't quit, so I would

like to go work out on days I feel I can. He says o.k., but this is

from a doctor that looked me in the eyes and said he has never seen

weight gain from Thyroid problems. (Read between the lines tone of

voice!.)

Give me your thoughts and knowledge. And, as always Take Care and

THANK YOU!

Marlene
