All right, so how can we find out if a manufacturer is under King

Pharmaceuticals. Amy's label reads Monarch- as the mfg.

Anyone know, or should I just call the pharmacy to be sure?

This came from another group. Why don't we hear of such recalls of ATDs?

Is it because it's easier to standardize ATDs than hormone replacement?

And an endo I heard speak recently explained that doctors prefer

synthetic hormone replacement to Armour because of the difficulty in

standardizing natural hormones (e.g. what if a particular batch of

Armour came from the Happy Hypo Pig Farm?) (My analogy, not his ;-)

Take care, Fay
