Guest guest
Hello all, I just thought I would throw in what I know about epsom salt baths here :-) From what I know.. The bath has to be hot enought to make you sweat. Heat will help the salts to bring out toxins in the skin. soak for about 15 to 20 min then you should go to bed Keep a " hot " water bottle under you to help you sweat. use a white or light sheet to see if and when the toxins are coming out. (suposed to get dirty) Do this till the sheet is no longer dirty in the morning, making sure to wash the sheet each day. From what I know the salt helps to pull out toxins, but for it to work you will have to sweat and water has to be hot. (not tooo hot though :-) This does seem to help my littl guy. I think I will be giving it a try just to see what happens. When I find the time I'll let you all know what happens. Mom to " Robby " 5, 4, and 1Get more from the Web.
