how many genetic DRs looked at baby pictures?SCHOOL also

Just curious! I had pictures from like 2 and on when I took Lindsey to the

genetics Dr. this is the day I was told she had RSS.(age 5) total shock to

me, since her size was the least of my worries.

I was concerned about her lack of appetite and her being too skinny but this

isn't why she was there.

I would think this baby pictures are important. I look back at pictures of

Lindsey and she has a very tiny little face and a long head, bossed forehead

but not necessarily trianlge.(defienly triangle now though) I will post a

picture later. MANY people commented on her head, they though she was a preemie

because of her long head.

We had Lindsey's school open house yesterday. Lindsey will be in a self

contained class with only 4 other kids! She's going into second grade. She will

be way more advanced then the other kids and I hope this is the right decision!

they feel it is. She's wouldn't fare well at all in a regular classroom,

but her being on a higher level then the other kids does bother me. She's with

kids that are obviously handicapped. This doesn't bother Lindsey at all!

She IS handicapped in her own way. Severe verbal apraxia,tourettes

syndrome,devlopmental delay. Se gets stressed very easily and can be one defiant

girl at

school if she's in a mood. Pure angle at home though!
