Guest guest
Have any of you guys made home-made ice cream with Darifree? My 4yo and I have been on an ice cream making kick, and we'd like to make it for our gfcf little one. I'm assuming you can substitute Darifree for the milk, but how do you substitute for the cream? By making thicker Darifree? And the recipe we made today used 2T of flour - should I just substitute sorghum, or maybe corn starch? Thanks for the advice! mom to Winona (4, nt), Caton (sensory regulatory dysfunction, gfcf) and Aster (13 months, nt)
