Guest guest
HI , I havent gotten to the level that I can feel certain if I'm just wierd and being (hyper)LOL or if I'm hyperT. Right now I " m absolutly stressed out,and I guess it made me sick. I always tell OTHER people they should relax, stress can kill you,and here I am ....stressed out to the max and NOT following my own good advice. I also get super jitters when I have to do something I am dreading to do.(Like refresher). Sometimes I feel the pulsing in my neck and my heart feels like it's just racing.(but it's not ). My gyno thinks I'm having panic attacks. I would never have believed in a trillion years that I could ever have a panic attack. I dont think thats what it is, but god if it is it's awful. Also can people have hper and hypo signals at the same time? I mean you know about the jitteryness, crying, heart feeling like it's racing, short of breath. But what I thought were hypo signals I have also, like my hair falling out in clumps in the shower.(actually its not as bad the last few days),swollen fingers, hips and knees hurting. Any thoughts??
