Guest guest
, I do not allow my son to eat any product witha chance of cross contamination. Even my toaster is used only for GFCF bread. I buy special cornflakes that are GFCF rather then a supermarket brand that may be GFCF but has a chance of cross contamination. My son is doing extremely well and I feel so much has been accomplished with this diet being 100%. I just wish it were easier at times to get some of these products. * On Mon, 21 May 2001 16:09:37 -0700 (PDT) Sampson writes: I never considered that simply manufacturing a wheat or milk product in the same building would be a risk. How far do you all take the risk of cross contamination? ?
