Thanks, Pam, for the reminder to enjoy the summer. The past year's been like

a period of mourning for me as I've tried to adjust to Graves' and focus

every bit of my energy on healing. I think the " true compassion " also

relates to caring about yourself enough to make the sacrifice. But getting

off the computer and out into the yard is a welcome change.

Hi all,

Thank you both for the reminder.

I have been trying to enjoy the summer as well.

I'm having some success with it.

I think that when time is taken to do other things, our health improves.
