Guest guest
This morning I just got through going back through the may archives looking for references to ice cream; found that chocolate, vanilla and carob rice dream ice cream were supposed to be gfcf. Was of course going to check it to be sure, but thought I'd finally found something a store in my area actually has that we could use. Now I read that rice dream has gluten! Are you referring just to the milk or to the ice cream also? The acceptable foods list says that the beverages are not gfcf but that the plain carob and chocolate are, and that vanilla flavors may have trace amounts of dairy due to cross-contamination. Is this wrong; has it changed, because I think Angie said her son was eating a little of the ice cream, not drinking the beverage.
