These are fantastic!! I've got people who aren't even cfgf wanting this

recipe! Since there is no rice flour, there is no gritty taste and they

are

super simple to make.

<It is a very simple recipe

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

(chocolate chips are optional)

After mixing the ingredients, I make the dough into a roll and chill or

freeze it. Slice when firm and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

They

do not spread if you do this.
