For the shoulder pain...........try this. Have you seen those pillows that

are strangely shaped (kind of rolls on the sides and the depression in the

middle? Opus, I think sells them, and are supposed to be the " correct "

pillow to use?) well I have one (my chiropractor gave it to me years ago

during the divorce when my body was under incredible stress) my shoulder

pain would always be from the neck area, and interesting enough when you

wake up with one of those kinks in your neck.........THAT is from the

shoulder area. LOL it's strange. But the pillow helps me whenever my neck or

shoulder acts up. I can't stand the thing so I don't use it every night, but

it sure does cure it. I use to go to the chiro to help the shoulder/neck

pain and that would last........oh about as long as it took to drive home.

The pillow works fast.........you feel better the very next morning and it's

usually gone after one more night's sleep.

Chiropractors are a great stress reliever and a great treat too! Enjoy it.
