Guest guest
OK, I hate to ask a really stupid question, but is Baker's unsweetened chocolate gfcf? The only ingredient listed is " chocolate " . I couldn't find it on the gfcfdiet list. I spent about 20 minutes at the grocery store today reading labels on baking chocolate and chocolate chips. They all had milk protein or some such, except the Baker's unsweetened. I'd like to make some brownies for company this weekend, and ' recipe for " Ronnie's Brownies " sounds great. However, it calls for German sweet chocolate. The Baker's brand German sweet chocolate had milk protein listed in the ingredients. Assuming that the unsweetened chocolate is gfcf, does anyone know how much sugar to add for this recipe? Or do you have another really good brownie recipe that uses either the unsweetened chocolate or cocoa? (Both of which are in my pantry!) Thanks a bunch- Sue
