Hi All

I made such great jello that I had to share.

We have missed the lime w/cream cheese for years now.

Replaced last 2 c of water w/ 2 c pure coconut milk.

Came out tasting ALOT like the cream cheese/lime jello.

Love that creamy consistency and it looks like cream cheese.
