Can anyone help?

1. Lydia has no corn or soy issues so far, so can she have

marshmallows? or only certain kinds?

2. We live in the Twin Cities. Where can I find good GFCF barbeque

sauce? and cream " cheese " and " sour cream?

3. What's the deal with maltodextrin? I keep reading that it's from

the devil himself, but then I see that Kirkman Labs is using it for

flavoring some of its products. What am I missing?
