Guest guest
Pam, I don't think I'm hypO right now, just uninformed when it comes to thyroid levels in pregnancy! I thought that FT4 is supposed to be at the top of the normal range, and didn't think about TT4. It makes sense that TT4 would be elevated, but I thought that it is normal to be slightly hyper in the first trimester. I think this abstract supports the idea of elevated FT4 during pregnancy: http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/60/4/678 At 09:39 PM 10/7/2003, you wrote: >Hi , > >You wrote: >Interesting: in pregnancy, it says FT4 should be normal and TT4 should be >elevated.
