Can somebody please help my math challenged mind?

How many calories per ounce in Peptamen Jr?

and

If Pippin weighs 18lbs and she's to get 90cal per kilo how

many calories per day is that?

Could somebody please explain how to do the math? I know

a mL or cc is 1 ounce and that's about it...
