Oh yeah, don't get me wrong. When Billy has had in infraction it has

been because he snuck something behind my back or the teacher wasn't

watching him carefully enough. I don't use meds or enzymes either,

nor do I want to. I just have seen that if something has the " D "

or " DE " on it, he seems to do fine, that the company is doing a good

enough job of cleaning to remove any potential problems.

I myself have started making and baking just about everything from

scratch too, but sometimes it gets hard not to have

something " instant " around for snacks, and especially breakfast...I

have problems functioning till that first cup of coffee (o:

I think that especially with flours, the cc issue is huge, and so I

have started buying Bob's Red Mill Gluten free line of flours since

he created a mfg facility just for these gf grains -- much like Miss

Roben's does.

I wouldn't want to think of a world without Billy being on this diet,

avoiding gluten, casein, additives, preservatives, artificial colors,

flavors, chemicals....it has made a world of difference in my little

boy and without it, none of his therapies would have " taken " . I

thank God every day for the steps that lead to the engine that is

letting my little boy take off.

Okay, I guess I'm ranting now! (o: But this diet has been a godsend

and I wouldn't have it any other way!
