Most of my cookies (like 98% of them) I bake, my waffles I bake too, pancakes, etc. I get my flours mostly from Miss Robens as this is her statement about her flours " All flours are milled in a dedicated mill & environment to ensure no risk of cross contamination with gluten containiong grains " . All her mixes are with NO risk of croos contamination either. I buy Applegate Farms for my hot dogs, turkey bacon and cold cuts. I buy Papadini pastas for all my pasta needs and use only Contadina sauce. I buy ground turkey in bulk and always call " The turkey store " and " Butterball " or whatever brand I just bought to make sure that no casein or gluten is in the ground turkey. I buy natural organic hens and chickens and turkeys at the supermarket. Welchs products I use often and Gerber and Beechnut have some baby foods that are GFCF, no cross contam. issues. Actually this diet is really gotten easy to me, as I eat along with LJ. I do still have cravings (which I sneak and get when he is at school). For soda I only buy LJ Trader Joes black cherry, juice is Tropicana calcium or Welchs grape. Ask if you need to know anything else, cause I'll just sit here and ramble on and on and be writing a novel before the night is up.
