Guest guest Posted October 20, 2004 Report Share Posted October 20, 2004 hi everyone I contacted Zevex via e-mail this morning and within 20 minutes they e-mailed me back and asked me to call them and go over in further detail what is going on with the pumps. When I called them back I talked to Elaine and she had told me that they are trying to upgrade all of the pumps so they are less sensitive and tend to work better. This is what she told me to do. Tell all of you to call her at 18009702337 ext 258 and she will have all of you send your pumps to Zevex for an upgrade at no charge. I know you are probably all thinking and " what am I supposed to do in the mean time? " Well I took care of that also. She had told me that a upgraded pump will be sent out same day delivery or overnight delivery for you to use until your pump has been upgraded and sent back to you.
