Guest guest
Hi All, Today the doctor said that if I have to be induced Friday they will give me pitocin and put a foley catheter into my cervix to help me dilate. Has anyone had this done? I am so nervous and really scared... I am so worried I will have another horrendous birthing experience. And I am terrified I won't progress like last time. I suppose this is a normal fear....but its different when its me. Chrystal Wife to Jace - together 6 Years! Happy Mommy to - 4 Years Old! Jonas Due July 28, 2004! Guest guest
so you decided to VBAC? I am not as active as I'd like in here, and I knew you were considering it a while back I think. Are you delivering at a hospital with a NICU? I know you'veprob already told us this, but I am brainless some days (most). lol Best of luck with whatever you wish! Guest guest
i want a vbac myself, and my dr said i could do it if i go naturally, befor emy due date and if baby was smaller then ben was (he was 7lbs 4 oz). pitocin in vbacs is not usually done, it puts things more at risk...that's what i've always been told...keep us posted nad good luck...hugs, jenn aka mom2ben99 (jennilee75@...) Guest guest
i just wanted to drop in and say good luck with your delivery. I have 3 kids 1,2,3 boys. And i am 7 weeks pregnant. My first was a c-section and the other 2 were vbac. I prefer the vbac over c-section. angel
