Dear Representatives,

It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you Manos

Unidos Inc. the new non-profit now representing Del Norte’s Latino

community. Our first executive board meeting is set for Wednesday, May 30th

2007. So please share with us the joy and happiness of leadership within
