Nervous about the Glucose test...drinking the stuff

Hi All!

I am 18 weeks and I am going to get my Glucose test and ultrasound next

Wednesday. I have to drink a WHOLE bottle of that stuff and I am scared to death

of what this is going to do to me. My Doc. knows all about my surgery, but

still wants me to do the test. I don't dump from chocolate, but I do dump from

milk, cereal, and things like that. Anyone out there take the test and how did

it affect you? I mean if you get too much sugar too fast 1. Wouldn't that

show up in the blood test as diabetes and 2. Could it make me go into some kind

of sugar shock or something.
