Hello Ladies, my name is Teri and i just found out today that iam

pregnant.....WOW. I had my gastric bypass surgery one year ago and

lost 140lbs. Iam happy about a 3rd baby but very scared about gaining

all that weight back. Any suggestions on how to keep fit during

pregnancy would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

hi teri, welcome and congratulations! take your vitamins and drink lots of

water! you will prolly not gain as much weight as you are thinking you may. my

dr told me i'd lose weight during the pregnancy. i am jennifer...sahm to 4 3/4

year old benjamin and wife to currently deployed air force man david. we live

in wichita kansas. i had Lap RNY 3-12 04 (not a typo) and have lost 106 lbs

(20 of which has been since being pregnant) and am 2 1/2 months pregnant. chew

well, eat slow and small often. my dr said i could continue any workout i had

going when you got pregnant (which i worked out 3 days a weeks for 2 hours each

day...treadmill, bike, weights and swimming laps). good luck and again,

congrats. welcome, hope you like it here.
