Guest guest
I started my period yesterday. When will be the best time for me to conceive? Do I calculate from when my period started or from whenever my period ends? Any help you all can give would be much appreciated. This stuff is kinda tough to figure out! Guest guest
From when your period starts -- the first day is day 1. As for the best time to conceive -- everyone is different. Average for ovulation is day 14 however your body will tell you. Look for egg white mucous (meaning in your vagina) and a difference in Basal Body Temperature (the temperature you should take first thing in the morning when you wake up before you do ANYTHING else). Those two things will help you determine when you are ovulating. Ferguson Rasley mailto:dferguson@... Best Time to Conceive? > I started my period yesterday. Guest guest
Yes start from day one of your period. It is suggested that most women ovulate somewhere between day 11 and 17. And remember the actual window of (possible) conception is very short. For me it is very difficult to recognize the changes that my body goes through during ovulation. So what the hell just have sex all 7 days (HA! HA!.) But if you don't have time for that just do what the other person who replied said and do every other. Good luck!!! > I started my period yesterday. When will be the best time for me to > conceive? Do I calculate from when my period started or from whenever > my period ends? Guest guest
If you are pretty regular lets say you have a 28-30 day cycle (if you can count 28-30 inbetween the first day of your last to the first day of your next period) then you should ovulate about day 12-15...which is 12-15 days after the 1st day of your period...so you should get things going in about 11 days if you are pretty regular...here is a site that will help you chart...it will explain what charting is...and will give you the best time to do everything... www.fertilityfriend.com RNY 04.07.03 e 370/245 Adam 394/258 EDD #1 08.31.04 Kay Independent Beauty Consultant www.marykay.com/starbound107 " That which does not kill us, makes us stronger " Best Time to Conceive?
