Guest guest
Ok ladies, I am kind of freaking out because I just had an open rny on April 26 of this year. I have not taken a pregnancy test yet, as I am not late, but I feel like crap. I don't feel like I am going to get my period either. I am nauseated, there is a slight twinge of pain right next to my left ovary, and I just have NO energy. Has this happened to anyone else. Is it my imagination? I am going to wait until I am " late " to go buy a pt, as they can get kind of pricey and I live in the middle of no where and I would have to wait until tomorrow until the stores are open anyway. Guest guest
Hi Alison I took a pt the day before I was to start because of the way I felt and low and behold as soon as the urine went across the window there were two distinct lines there slapping me in the face. I took the test because all I wanted to do was sleep and felt completely exhausted even though I did sleep. This is my fourth child so I just had that feeling from what I felt like in previous pregnancies. I thought my husband was being cautious because I am allergic to birth control so I was leaving it up to him to be carefull, so becoming pregnant at only 7 months post op was not what I had intended. But if you have that feeling by a twin pack, that way you will always have extra as a just in case. Well I hope all goes the way you would like and take care. Guest guest
The RNY in general will make you feel that was so soon out. You feel like crap, tired and drained just from your body going through so much. Nausea also happens to some after surgery b/c your pouch doesn't except food and react the same way. sharon in GA
