What is the difference between a REAL Contraction and BH

I ask... because this during my shower today... I had a " tightening " in my

uterus which sorta radiated to my back.

It didn't last long... wasn't extrememly painful.. but sorta took my breath

away.

Just 1 time.

I never had contractions with Noah...just water breaking... and then a C

section 2 days later.

I am a tad paranoid.. but afraid to yell " fire " .

They will NOT stop or letup even while standing, moving, lying down, ect.

Thats the only way I could tell. Mine were usually braxton hicks, for 2 months

of

it, and the were quite s trong but they always went away.

I had 2 more last night... starts as a cramp like .

Tuesday is the Peri's office..

I am so nervous.. as I am on the threshold of viability... 24w3d... and at

risk for Pre term L & D...

Jonah is VERY active .. and kicking away ALL DAY LONG.. and I am not leaking

fluids...

Perhaps I am just nervous nellie over here...

Maybe a Big Mac will make me feel better??
