Magically ..at about 15 weeks.. I start to perk up.. My exhaustion became worse when I cut out the caffeine... I know.. bad mommy. I am an admitted caffeine addict... and while I have cut back... I don't go a day without! I tell you.. I could have crawled under my desk with pg #1 and slept all day... VERY tempting! This time around.. since I am now a SAHM... I RELISH nap time.. It is tough when even 24 hours of sleep just doesn't feel like enough... It does get better.. most the time.. Guest guest
How old are you. I am 41, almsot 42 and just had my son 8 days ago I was very tired too but i think it was from being pregnant, not the age. I was tired with all my babies. I got a few months of more energy ( nothing major though) in a few months of the pregnancy off and on but thats it. I took folic acid ,b-12 sublinguals, a multi vitamin, a prenatal vitamin and my calcium. The only thing that rally helped keep me going was a short afternnon nap to refuel.
