MMMmmm.. Cottage cheese and pineapple!!! I love it! I have to watch the sugar

in the pineapple but heck, as little as we can eat, I mostly use it to flavor

the cottage cheese. I hated this when I was on weight watchers, but now I love

it and crave it all the time.

If you can stand cottage cheese try that. I know a lot of people say they don't

like cottage cheese and I'm not a big fan of it by itself but if you eat it with

something else - it can make getting in your protein easier. For example - I

love to dice up potatoes and fry them in a little olive oil with all kinds of

seasonings. However, there's no protein in that so I can't just eat that for a

meal. I've found that if I eat 1/2 c. cottage cheese with it (take a little of

each on the spoon/fork) the cottage cheese just takes on the taste of what I'm

eating. I eat cottage cheese with 1-2 meals a day most days and I'm not a

cottage cheese nut. If I recall, 1/2 cup has like 12 or 14 grams of protein in

it.
