clomid

Yesterday i went to my dr and he put me on prometrium for 5 days and

wheen i start bleeding on the 5th day i start taking the clomid 50 mg

for seven days my question is on that miligram what are my chances of

having multiples? has anyone here had mult on that mil of clomid? and

do my dh and i start to try to concive after the full 7 days of

clomid or sooner than that? and how many rounds of clomid has anyone

in the group had to take before they got pg?

I took clomid befoer and did not get pregnant and then I tired it again years

later and got pregnant first round with my dd. I guess it is all up to God

and his plans for you, at least that is how I feel about it. I wish you the best

of luck, try to relax and take it one day at a time and it will help. Being

too stressed TTC is not going to help at all. I got pregnant ONM Y OWN once I

quit trying the first time and ended up ahving twin boys I think that is

why the clomid worked so well the second time around, because I was ssoo relaxed

and not stressing pregnancy like I did the first time. I lived each cycle the

first time like it was the only thing in life and it was not good. SO really

try to keep your mind off it all as you do try and enjoy life and do not

stress, God will give you a beautiful baby soon enough

i did clomid yrs ago and never got pregnant but from what i was told

usually with that medication its not likely u will have multiples

maybe twins at the most thats not to say there wont or it couldnt

happen that there are more but usally that is with the more intense

fertility meds " the shots " ... i ended up getting pregnant on my own

after losing weight...the dr should tell u when to have intercourse i

cannot remember sorry it was soo long ago..i do know that intercourse

should be every other day that is what i was told and read and should

be just prior to ovulation and during because after ovulation the

chances of conceiving drop drastically..good luck to u ....

I was on 100mg clomid (x 5 days) for 4-5 months without success. When

I found a fertility expert that knew what he was doing, clonmid w/

profasi injection, US and AI, I got PG the 1st try and delivered one baby.

I had 12 follicles form and had the *potential* for 12 (per my OB).

the 1st and 2nd rounds TTC #3 were unsuccessful.
