Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I haven't forgotten anyone.....honest. I have been sucked into the baby vortex. It's a bit of an adjustment going from one 4 year old to one 4 year old and one newborn....but I'm finding my way slowly....very slowly. My mom is here helping with everything because I still have a hard time getting around from the massive epesiotomy and just from being tired....She leaves Saturday morning and I am going to miss her. Jace is going to take paternity leave when she leaves which will be a really good thing. Jonas is breastfeeding like a champion. Its so much easier this time around. Being over 150 pounds lighter sure makes it easier. He's eating every 2.5 - 3 hours and sleeps in between. I'm sorry I still haven't posted any pictures. It's just been really crazy here. has a cold and I am hoping it will not go to Jonas because he is so vulnerable and new and tiny....I also have a bladder infection.........YUCK!!!! Guest guest
Chrystal, I'm so glad you posted today as I was thinkin of you this morning. Your so lucky that your mom has been with you and I can sooo appreciate how much you are gonna miss her when she leaves. Don't worry too much about Jonas getting 's cold as your antibodies from your breastmilk should protect him very well, especially since he is breastfeeding well. I'm so glad to hear that the breastfeeding is going well for you as I remember you were worried about it. I am curious to hear, when you have time (wink), about how you are adjusting from one child to two. There are days that I am so exhausted from Hannah that I wonder if I will be able to handle another one. I hope you feel better soon and know that we are all here for you when you get time!!!
