Guest guest
I am not a first time mom. I have a 2 and a half year old boy. I am currently pregnant with #2(3 months pregnant on 8-6-04). When I was pregnant with my son, he hid his privates up until I was 7 months. When could I possibly tell the sex of this baby, if this one will cooperate? I go back to the doc on August 25th. D. Guest guest
I could tell at 14 weeks in my US that it was a boy but they said anything was possible that it could still be a girl since it was early but it was really for sure a boy God Bless, Robin Wife to Pup for 15 years Mommy to- and (twin boys, 8 years) and Daughter Madison- age 5 1/2 and new Mommy to- Emerson Roger born July 28, 2004 at 4:11 am 8lbs 7 oz, 20 1/2 inches long. Guest guest
some can around 12 weeks but they say that both sexes look very very similar at 12 weeks. At 14 weeks its a little easier and I think they say 16 weeks is about the norm for first seeing the wee or not.

A lot of doctor's offices, including my own, have so many ultrasounds to do that they hurry up and get you in and out as fast as they can and if they happen to see something, great, if not, sorry. They are naturally more concerned with measurements & the medical exam. Therefore, I went to an ultrasound clinic. The technician told me to come at 16 weeks and she would be able to tell. My baby wasn't cooperating, but the technician was very patient and finally found the little girl parts! My 20 & 28 week ultrasounds verified that I'm having a girl! After having a son and a daughter, it really didn't matter to me one way or the other, but I HAD TO KNOW as soon as possible!!! : ) Best wishes!
