Hello - My name is Tara and I found this site from Obesityhelp.com.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and nervous about the vitamins and nutrition

for my baby. I am taking my prenatal vitamins twice a day and trying

to each proteins and nutrients that I know I need. I do not see my

OBGYN until 9/1, so I am just trying to relax. I am very tired -

that seems to be my only symptom. I know that that is normal. I am

almost 2 years post op and have lost 115 lbs putting me at goal. I

am 29 years old and this will be our first baby. I am very excited

that this site is here and am sure that I will have a lot of

questions as time goes on - and the true experts are the ones that

have lived it! If there is anything in particular that I should know

or that I should ask my OBGYN, please let me know - I am thankful for

all of the help I can get!
