Guest guest
Sheila, What hospital will you be working at? I am considering moving to your area if I could have you as my nurse! Just kidding. You sound like your heart is in it! Congrats and please keep trying to spread that attitude. Funny that when I was in labor with Sammy I really didn't get to know the nurses well at all. I think I was so into getting through the labor and getting to meet him that I think hubby spent more time shooting the bull with them than anything. I got to go in with my sister when she had my niece, 6 months before Sammy was born, and I can tell you those nurses were worth their weight in gold. The doctor was a turd and did not make it in time to deliver the baby. Those nurses did all his work, and then some. I was amazed that they were so efficent and confident and did such a great job. I applaude you for the work you do! Jeanette in IL Lap RNY 5-9-03 264/145/135?? Mommy to Sammy 10-23-00 TTC since 7-04 > ---now I'm just the opposite.
