Guest guest
Hi Crystal... I'm totally not in the medical field, but I think the 1079 number they gave you is actually the hcg level. From what I understand, and I could totally be wrong about this, that's different than your progesterone levels. When I first got my pro. level tested in late Feb., it was only a 1.8!! That's LOW!!! My ob said it needed to be at least a 10. He put me on a cycle of Clomid (March). We didn't get pregnant that month and then we didn't try in April, May or most of June due to my hubby's hip replacement surgery. Anyway...after the clomid my progesterone level shot up to like 15.6 When I got pregnant in June, that was without the Clomid, so I think I miscarried at about 5 weeks because I didn't have enough progesterone in my body. The hcg level numbers are higher numbers, like what you said. Somewhere on line you can find the " number chart " where they tell you what your hcg levels should be throughout your pregnancy. Hope that helps. Peace... Melody Surgeon: Dr. Clayton, River Falls Hospital, River Falls, WI Surgery Date: 04/30/02 Highest Weight: 298 lbs. Today's Weight 160 lbs (although my lowest was a year ago at 144 lbs...and that ticks me off)
