Wow - very small world!! Do you know where the public golf course off of

Gardenview & 140th is? We live on a cul-de-sac by the second t-box of the golf

course. I probably drive right by your place every day on my way to work. I

work in DT Mpls. If you like Apple Valley, the house across the street is for

sale

How did you end up with flooding? We haven't gotten much rain lately - did you

have pipe problems?

Not sure exactly where you are talking about because we usually only end up

going to Apple Valley to shop and no where else. Maybe sometime we can get

together, we are always looking for friends as hubby and I don't know many

people up here. I honestly have no idea why the basement flooded. I was

watering some flowers outside by the house and then that night I found the

basement flooded. I thought that maybe the water had come into the egress (sp?)

window but it was dry, I can only think that maybe it seeped in through the

wall. Heck, I don't know because I grew up in Arizona where they don't have

basements so I'm shooting in the dark totally with this guess. What really

sucks is that I found out that my insurance doesn't cover this at all (of

course!!!!) and with a new baby money is really tight. We absolutely have to

recarpet the basement as the carpet is totally ruined and yucky. I have no idea

how I'm going to have to rob to pay for the new carpet but I will

have to figure it out, so is the life of a Military family, never enough money

because they pay so little. Oh well, hubby loves serving our country and I'm

proud to support him doing so, in the long run it will all be worth it.

- I'm so sorry to hear that insurance isn't going to be helpful here!

Where do you shop in Apple Valley? I'd love to meet up sometime. I'll let you

get life settled down a bit first though!
