Guest guest
Our school system requires copies of the shot records before they will allow the child to be enrolled. For those parents who choose not to get the shots, how do you get your children in school? Or is our school system one of the few who require shot records for enrollment? V Where to get info??? I need to get information on circumcision and also vaccinations. Thanks! Ivy Nielsen EDD 8/22/04 --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
, EVERY state has medical and religious exemptions, and in 18 states, you can also claim a philosophical exemption (also known as " informed consent " ). http://www.909shot.com/state-site/state-exemptions.htm Washington is such a state. Instead of filling in her shot records, I fill in a form that indicates which shots Joanne has a medical exemption for, and which ones I have philosophical issues with. She's also had natural, wild chicken pox so I fill in those details. If there's an outbreak of infectious disease, as there was two years ago of measles (100% of the kids who had it that time were vaccinated!!!) Joanne can be required to stay home from school. I'm fine with that. I also accept that there may be consequences to not having her vaccinated, but with the reactions she has had, those are chances that I am willing to take.
