Hi Angel -

I heard the same thing with the heart beat - the higher ones are girls and

that held true for my sister who has two boys and then had a girl with a heart

beat in the 170s. I cannot wait for my first sono - it is not until

September 1. Good luck!

8 weeks pregnant with first baby

hello all, i have been a member for a while now.I am 10 1/2 weeks

pregnant after 3 kids ages 1,2,3 and after 2 miscarriages.I got to

see the baby yesterday and it was great it was dancing..lol.I t was

so wonderful and it releived alot of stress,i was so worried .My

question for the group was what was your babys heartrate and what

sex it was.I was told the higher the hr it is a girl and the lower

it is a boy.My 3 boys were all 140-155 and this time it was 170!I am

hoping for a girl since i am outnumbered with 3 boys a hubby and a

boy dog..lol..any insight would be great,i just wanted to

compare.thanks for listening
