Oh my goodness! I am 28 weeks, and this is my 4th child, so my

muscle tone is shot. I was having terrible stomach muscle pains, and

a constant dull ache in my back. I complained to the doc, and he

said that the baby is just really low, and will most likely stay

that way..so tough luck for me....but today I went a bouht an

elastic maternity belt, and the instant I put it on.....voowalah!

Relief! I HIGHLY recommend them!
