Guest guest
I just wanted to share my experience because to me it was the most amazing thing ever. My first OBGYN appointment was not scheduled until 9/1, however for the second day in a row, every time I stood for longer than five minutes I felt like I was going to pass out. So I called the doctor and they said to come in for some blood to make sure everything is fine. So my husband and I went and he said, Well you are 8 weeks so lets take a look at the baby. It was the first time I had ever seen a sonogram, and of the cutest baby, of course. My husband and I were just shocked to see it and hear the heart beat (146). They said everything looked great and will call me with my blood results. Just seeing that made everything so real and so perfect. I was truly amazing. We took that as a green light to tell the rest of the family. My parents were so excited and my sister was thrilled - she has three and was patiently waiting for mine. But so far all is well!
