awww, a baby girl. I bet you are really excited. I know how I felt having a

girl after having twin boys, it was awesome to buy all those little girl

Hey everyone!

I went to my OB for my 12 week ultrasound and my nuchal lucency test. All

was great. Baby is fine and no indication of Downs Syndrome or anything

abnormal. The baby is growing. We got to videotape the ultrasound and the

baby was sucking its thumb and kicking ! It was so neat to watch that. Also,

the sonographer said she was 90% sure it is a GIRL!!!!!!!!! Since we have a

12 yr old son, we are so excited!!!! My OB will confirm the sex in 4 more

weeks, on Sept. 21. I feel so relieved the baby is healthy! Just wanted to

share with all of you!!

Congrats. I heard that they were not able to determine gender until

18-20 weeks....interesting.

since we all start off as girls...and external differentiation of sexes

begins at around 12 weeks...it will, indeed, be interesting to see what an

ultrasound in 4 more weeks shows. =)
