Guest guest Posted August 23, 2004 Report Share Posted August 23, 2004 - you can find a ton of info on this at www.fertilityfriend.com I use a BBT thermometer (a good pharmacy has them for around $10). Take my temp every day at the same time (right when I wake up before moving out of bed). It's usually a really good indicator of when you have ovulated but it doesn't help you PREDICT ovulation. Your temp doens't go up until after you've ovulated from what I've understood. I really recommend fertilityfriend - someone here mentioned it around the time I joined the list and it's been very very helpful in learning about this TTC stuff! I printed out my positive chart and put it in the baby book!!!!!!!!!
