Guest guest
Has anyone had a hard time losing weight after pregnacy? What about during the pregnacy, has anyone gained back a lot of their weight?
Guest guest
I gained 50 pounds while pregnant but ate like a pig so I am suprised it wasn't more. i went to the mall a few days ago and weighed myself on the scale at the health food place nad I had lost 20 pounds of it then but feel I have lost more since I weighed myself then. My appetite is back to being smaller than it was while pregnant too. Guest guest
I've gained 11 pounds so far - and plan on putting on about 20 - 30 total before all is said and done. I have heard a lot of women say that they didn't have many problems taking it back off after delivery.. I am anxious to see as well. Trish > Has anyone had a hard time losing weight after pregnacy?
