Sheila,

No you have not confused me.

It makes me feel better b/c I wasn't aware that a 4,5,6 or 9 pound

baby would be ready (lung or any other internal organs)would/could be

AS healthy and fully developed regardless of the weight size.

I was thinking that weight size equaled a fully healthy baby,
